Think winter? Think snowy, dreamy white colors with pops of color here and there. Fuzzy white sweaters, giant mugs of hot cocoa, a roaring fireplace... Ahhh, can't you just picture it? Here are some suggestions to get the (snow)ball running.
Decorations
Using white tissue paper, create pom poms of various shapes and sizes and scatter them across the room. Fill a few vases with fluffy, white marshmallows and use them as centerpieces. If you serve hot cocoa with dessert, you can use the marshmallows as toppers! If you have any left over, use them for rice krispie treats.
Food
A giant platter of roasted chicken drumsticks. They're kid, grownup and wallet friendly. Here's a simple, no fuss recipe. Pair them with a fresh spinach salad dressed with lemon juice and olive oil and you're good to go!White Cupcakes - Nothing says yum like a white cupcake frosted with fluffy vanilla frosting. Top them with nonpareils, shredded (sweetened) coconut or even plain white sprinkles to make sweet snowballs your friends will love!

MusicJazz might be a seemingly unusual music choice but it's the just-what-the-doctor-ordered twist to this wintery party. Throw on some Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington or Billie Holiday and your two penny party is complete!
