8-10 slices of uncooked bacon cut into thirds
1 bag of dried figs (Sun Maid bags can be found hanging out with the raisins)
20-30 wooden toothpicks, soaked in water
Brace yourself for this ridiculously easy recipe...
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Line a baking sheet (any size will do, just ensure there's a small wall so the bacon grease doesn't drip over the edge) with aluminum foil
Wrap each fig with a piece of bacon
Secure it with a toothpick and place it on the baking sheet
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the bacon is crisp. Drain on a paper towel and serve!
